Delivery

We offer three different delivery methods:

1. Speedy (1-2 Business Days)

2. Standard (2-4 Business Days)

3. Free Nottingham Local Drop-Off/Collection within 24 hours of placing your order

Returns

  • When you place an order with STOP AND STARE FASHION LIMITED, you are required to read and tick the box which states that you have read the returns and exchanges policy, as well as the terms and conditions. 

  • Please always check your junk mailbox as well as your inbox for your order confirmations and shipping confirmations. 

  • STOP AND STARE FASHION LIMITED will accept returns on full priced items within 14 days of receipt and the Customer will then be provided with a store credit via email as long as the items are in full resalable condition. This means with all items still in their original packaging, tags and swing tags fully attached, undamaged, unaltered and must be without any marks or fragrances on any of the products. Any items returned outside of the 14 day period will be denied store credit or an exchange. 

  • STOP AND STARE FASHION LIMITED cannot accept returns on swimwear due to hygiene reasons.

  • Sale items are exchange only. Once we have received your sale item, we will contact you regarding your exchange.

  • Gift Vouchers & Store Credit are non refundable and non exchangeable. 

  • Store credit will enable you to make a purchase at your own desire using the amount refunded and can only be spent online at STOP AND STARE FASHION LIMITED. You will be provided with a code via email in order for you to do this. Store credit is redeemable against the customers next purchase and any remaining balance on the purchase will need to be fulfilled with an alternative payment method. Store Credit is valid for 1 year from the date it has been issued. 

  • It is at STOP AND STARE FASHION LIMITED discretion as to whether the item has been returned in a re-sellable condition and STOP AND STARE FASHION LIMITED will have the final say on the return enquiry. STOP AND STARE FASHION LIMITED can decline returns if they have not been returned in the mentioned requirements. 

  • When returning an item, please ensure that you have read the return guidelines listed on this page and then send us an email at customercare@stopandstare.co.uk to include your name, email address used to place the order, order number, which items you are returning and a brief explanation that details why you are returning your item. Then, we ask that you place a note inside the parcel that states your order number and name so we can identify your return and process it quicker once it has arrived. On the front of the parcel, please write the returns address which will be given to you once we have responded to your email. Unfortunately, STOP AND STARE FASHION LIMITED cannot fund the postage costs for the return and it is the customers responsibility to provide a tracking number and keep record of this as we are unable to take liability for lost parcels.

  • If you receive a faulty product, please contact us at customercare@stopandstare.co.uk where we can investigate the issue further and help to provide you with the appropriate refund. 

  • Your statutory rights are not affected within the shopping or returning process at STOP AND STARE FASHION LIMITED. 

Exchange Information:

  • If you receive an item and you decide that you require the next size up or a size down, please contact us at customercare@stopandstare.co.uk where we can provide you with an appropriate exchange to fulfil you with the correct size. We may not be able to offer exchanges on all of our products due to stock limitations, therefore if this is the case, we will then be able to offer you a full refund. We will provide you with the address to send your items to via email and once we receive the items, we can send out your desired size. Please include in the package a brief note that states your name, email address and order number so that we can fulfil your exchange quicker. 

  • We can accept exchanges on all items providing that they meet the given requirements stated above. 

  • All exchanges will be dispatched via the Royal Mail Signed For 2nd Class Shipping method.

  • Unfortunately, STOP AND STARE FASHION LIMITED cannot fund the postage costs for the exchange and it is the customers responsibility to provide a tracking number and keep record of this as we are unable to take liability for lost parcels.

Terms & Conditions

By shopping with us at STOP AND STARE FASHION LIMITED, you are agreeing to our terms and conditions which are listed on this page and when you place an order, you will be required to tick the box which informs us that you have agreed to the shipping, returns and exchange policy, as well as our terms and conditions.   • STOP AND STARE FASHION LIMITED holds the right to alter this terms and conditions page, as well as our shipping, returns and exchange information page, so when customers are placing orders, it is their responsibility to ensure that they have read the latest terms and conditions, shipping, returns & exchange policy and the size guide to make sure that they understand what they are agreeing to by shopping with us.  

  • Please ensure that before placing your order, you have checked that all of your details are correct in your cart as after the point of placing your order, no amendments can be made. 

  • When selecting the delivery method at the checkout, it is the Customer's responsibility to ensure that they have read the guidelines that apply with the specific delivery estimate times.

  • Our items are based on subject to availability which means that if you place an order and it is mistakingly out of stock, you will be notified promptly about the issue and we will arrange for the appropriate refund to be made on the out of stock product. 

  • STOP AND STARE FASHION LIMITED reserves the right to refuse an order if we are unable to obtain the authorisation of the used payment method or we suspect any fraud activity. If any of these factors were to occur, you will be notified promptly. 

  • The items listed on our website are for illustrative purposes only and although every effort has been made to provide the customer with an accurate presentation of what the product will look like, STOP AND STARE FASHION LIMITED cannot guarantee that your screen display will reflect upon the true visualisation and colours of the products. This includes items that follow particular designs such as frayed shorts or mixed coloured items of clothing. For example, some of our items follow patterns such as tie dye, which may mean that the website view may show a slightly different pattern to what the item you receive may have. This is something that is out of our control and is simply down to the design of the product. 

  • The prices of our products may change without notice due to unforeseen circumstances such as an increase on importing our goods, however the change will not affect orders placed before a pricing alteration.

  • It is the customers responsibility to read the individual garments washing and care instructions to properly maintain their purchases as STOP AND STARE FASHION LIMITED will not be held responsible for the care of each product. 

  • It is the customers responsibility only to select the suitable size by using the provided size guide and explanations on the individual products. 

  • Gift Vouchers and Store Credit are non refundable and non exchangeable. 

  • STOP AND STARE FASHION LTD recommend that all customers are aware and understand the shipping, returns and exchange policy, as well as the store credit policy prior to purchasing. If the Customer has any questions or queries regarding any of the outlined guidelines then an email should be sent to Customer Care at customercare@stopandstare.co.uk

  • The prices of our Items include VAT at the prevailing rate and which we are responsible for as the seller.
