Stop and Stare Fashion Limited – Returns Policy
Thank you for shopping with Stop and Stare Fashion Limited! We want you to love your purchases, but we understand that sometimes things aren't quite right. Please read our returns policy below to see how we can help.
1. Full-Priced Items
Return Window: We accept returns on all full-priced items within 14 days of you receiving your order.
Condition: Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags still attached. They must be unworn, unwashed, and in a resalable condition.
2. Sale & Promotional Items
Items purchased during a sale or as part of a promotion are eligible for an exchange or a credit note only.
We do not offer cash or card refunds on sale items.
3. TikTok Live & Clearance Items
Non-Returnable: Some clearance items sold directly via our TikTok Lives are strictly non-returnable.
How to tell: This will always be explicitly stated during the live broadcast and clearly detailed in the checkout description before you purchase.
4. Hygiene Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or offer credit notes on the following items under any circumstances (unless faulty):

Underwear
